Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. We cannot guarantee that the colors in product picture exactly resembles the real colors of the product.

Delivery within Sweden

A shipping charge of 39SEK inside Sweden, irregardless of the size of the order. You will enjoy free shipping on all orders over 500SEK. All orders are shipped with the Swedish Post first class letters for fast delivery. Delivery time within Sweden is about 1-3 working days.

Delivery to the rest of Europe

Shipping cost to the rest of Europe is 89SEK and the delivery time is about 5-7 days. Orders are shipped with Swedish post.

Delivery to the rest of the world

Shipping cost to countires outside Europe is 99SEK and the delivery time is about 7-14 days. Orders are shipped with Swedish post.

Payment can be made with the following payment methods:

Customers outside Sweden

Customers outside Sweden can pay with credit card or debit card. You can choose to pay with VISA, Mastercard and Diner´s Club Card. All payments are made over a secure connection. You can also choose to pay with Moneybookers e-wallet or make a bank transfer.

Customers witin Sweden

As a customers in Sweden you can choose to pay with credit card or debit card. You can choose to pay with VISA, Mastercard and Diner´s Club Card.

You can also choose Invoice with a 10 days payment term. You will need t be living in Sweden and have a personal identification number. An invoice fee of 25kr is added to this payment method.

You can also pay with Cash on Delivery (COD) where you collect and pay for your order at your swedish post office or partner of the post office.

You can choose to pay by Bank transfer where you transfer the money to our account.

You can also choose Direct payment with your Swedish Internet bank.  You can choose one of the following banks: Nordea, SEB, Handelsbanken and Swedbank.

You can also choose to pay with Moneybookers e-wallet or with you Payson account.

When shopping at pysslorama you need to register an account with us where you fill in your email address, your name and your postal address. By doing so you approve that your details are registered and used by pysslorama. The information is necessary for pysslorama to be able to give the best service possible, for contacting you and for product delivery. You have the right to change or deleate your personal data.

Guarantee & Returns

You have the full rights to return a product within 14 days after receiving the product. The product must be unused and in unopened packaging. Reimbursement will only occur if the returned product is in perfect re-saleable condition i.e. in original undamaged packaging and not used. We do not reimburse shipping. You will get a full refund, credit or exchange.
Always contact our customer service before returning any products. If we have sent the wrong product to you, we will pay the cost to return it to our stock.
